2. Description of Service

AutoTaco is a website builder platform that allows contractors and service providers to create, deploy, and host professional websites. Our service includes:

• Website template builder
• Automated deployment to Vercel
• Custom domain connection
• Bilingual website support
• Hosting and maintenance

3. Account Registration

To use AutoTaco, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: AutoTaco offers monthly ($14.99/month) and annual ($129.99/year) subscription plans.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Whop.

Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• Your website will be taken offline after the billing period ends
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AutoTaco to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Host illegal or adult content

7. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload (text, images, logos, etc.). You grant AutoTaco a license to use this content solely to provide our services.

Our Platform: AutoTaco retains all rights to our platform, templates, code, and branding.

8. Custom Domains

If you connect a custom domain:

• You must own or have rights to use the domain
• You are responsible for domain registration and renewal fees
• AutoTaco is not responsible for domain-related issues with your registrar
• You may disconnect your domain at any time

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance downtime
• Third-party service outages (Vercel, GitHub, etc.)
• Force majeure events
• Issues caused by your custom domain configuration

10. Limitation of Liability

AutoTaco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service in a way that harms AutoTaco or other users

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of AutoTaco after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
