At AutoTaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions ($14.99/month):

  • No refunds for partial months
  • You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No charges will occur after cancellation

Annual Subscriptions ($129.99/year):

  • Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase if no website has been deployed
  • After 7 days or if a website has been deployed, no refunds will be provided
  • Pro-rated refunds are not available for annual plans

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscribers:

  • Available only for your first annual subscription purchase
  • Must be requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Only applicable if you have not deployed a website
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

4. Domain Purchases

If you purchase a domain through AutoTaco (future feature):

  • Domain purchases are non-refundable
  • You own the domain and can transfer it away at any time
  • Domain renewal fees are non-refundable

5. Service Interruptions

If AutoTaco experiences extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours):

  • We will provide a pro-rated credit to your account
  • Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle
  • Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for credits

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible):

  1. Email us at inquiry@autotaco.io
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Partial month subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions after 7 days or after deployment
  • Domain registration and renewal fees
  • Custom development work (if applicable)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • Your website will be taken offline
  • We reserve the right to pursue the disputed amount

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
